For some years, probably at least twenty, I have intended to tell you that one of your NPR broadcasts had a lasting impact on me. Do you remember a story you told saying that you had to search for a dog with “eyes like Juno”? Being a doggie person, I knew just what you meant, and have remembered the story. Now, shortly I will have to search for a dog with eyes like Clarabelle. And like Juno, I’m sure.

Actually, I don't remember, but it sounds right. You'll find yourself looking into those eyes--I am absolutely sure.
